This includes an evaluation of the timeline, ensuring milestones and delivery schedules are realistic and aligned with your needs. We then define the scope of works, outlining all technical deliverables and responsibilities.
Finally, we document a clear description of your needs, creating a structured framework for accurate proposals and efficient project execution.

We begin with an equipment evaluation to confirm suitability, capacity, and compliance with project needs. This is followed by logistics coordination, covering transport, storage, and scheduling to ensure smooth delivery. Both steps are completed prior to event move‑in, guaranteeing efficient and risk‑free execution.

BuILD uP
We conduct on‑site assembly and testing to ensure all equipment and installations meet the required standards. This process is finalized 48 hours before the event “go‑live” date, allowing time for adjustments and quality checks. By completing these steps in advance, we guarantee a smooth handover and reliable performance during the event.

We provide full‑time management throughout the event period, ensuring smooth operations and immediate response to any needs.
